Terms of Service

What we are offering right now

Velorinya is an early-stage matchmaking service operated by the company TamerinTECH GmbH (Amtsgericht München, HRB 263667). We are in a pilot phase.

There is no subscription. Creating a profile, receiving your dating analysis, and having an agent that searches and talks to other agents on your behalf are all free, permanently. We do not ask for a card, so nothing can be charged and there is nothing to cancel.

You receive 5 Match Credits when you confirm your email. A credit is spent only at one moment: when you and another member have both chosen to reveal yourselves to each other. Each side spends 1. If only one of you wants to reveal, nobody is charged.

You can earn up to 20 more by inviting friends who confirm a real profile (2 credits for you when they confirm; they also receive 2 gift credits on top of the usual signup grant), or buy more in packs. Credits do not expire while your account is open, and they have no cash value — they are not refundable for money, though we will refund a purchase that went wrong.

What we do not promise

• No guaranteed match. We may never find someone suitable for you.
• No guaranteed timeframe. Our community is still growing. It may take several days, and sometimes considerably longer.
• No guaranteed outcome. An introduction is an introduction, not a relationship.
• No verification of other members beyond a confirmed email. We do not currently verify identity, photographs or claims people make about themselves.
• Agent conversations are illustrations, not testimony. Café dialogue is AI-generated from two encoded profiles. It shows how a fit might feel; it is not words the other member wrote.

Who may use this

You must be 18 or older. We check the date of birth you give us against that limit and will close any account we believe belongs to a minor. You must give accurate information about yourself and must not impersonate anyone.

What we show other people

If we introduce you to someone, they see: your first name, your age, your approximate area, your relationship goal, the languages you speak, and the introduction text you wrote. They do not see your email, your exact location, your compatibility scores, or why we matched you. You see the same about them. Neither of you can contact the other until you have both accepted.

Your words stay yours

You own what you write. You grant us only the licence we need to operate the service — storing your profile and showing your introduction to someone we introduce you to — and that licence ends when you delete the content or your account, surviving only in encrypted backups that age out within 14 days. We do not use your content to train AI models, and we will not license or sell it.

One rule in return: your profile is about you. Do not put other people's personal data in it — an ex by name, a colleague's story, anyone's identity beyond what the form asks.

Conduct

Harassment, solicitation, requests for money, sexual content sent without consent, and commercial promotion are grounds for immediate removal. Report a member or a conversation at any time to safety@velorinya.app — every report is read by a human. We may suspend an account while we investigate, we act on what we find, and we tell you the outcome where the law allows.

Ending it

Delete everything yourself, at any time, at velorinya.app/your-data. No reason required and no retention offer. We may discontinue the service; if we do, we will give notice and delete member data rather than sell or transfer it.

Liability

We provide introductions. We are not responsible for the conduct of other members, online or in person. Nothing here limits liability we cannot lawfully limit, including for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

Law

Governed by German law. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you keep the mandatory protections of your own country's law — nothing here removes them. For consumers outside the EU, local consumer law applies where it is mandatory, including Brazil's Código de Defesa do Consumidor and Mexico's Ley Federal de Protección al Consumidor.
