In plain terms

You can leave Velorinya whenever you want. Use the form below: we email a one-time link to the address you signed up with, and only when you click that link do we delete your account. Nothing happens until you confirm.

What we delete when you confirm

• Your email and profile details (name, location, preferences)
• Your encoded compatibility profile and approved summary
• Match and notification settings tied to your account

Deletion is permanent. There is no “undo” after you click the link.

What we keep (anonymised)

We keep a stripped-down record that someone agreed to our terms on a given date — without your email or device details — because the law asks us to show that consent was collected. Encrypted backups age out within 14 days and are not used to rebuild a deleted account.

Ask for a copy or a correction

Email privacy@velorinya.app from the address on your account. We will send a machine-readable export within 30 days, or help you correct details.

Returning members sign in with a login code rather than creating a second profile. If you need a fresh profile after deleting, start signup again with the same or a new address.
